In Memoriam: Man Sooksawee
For all who loved him,
Today we lost our Thai brother, one of our dearest friends.
From the very moment we met, he embraced us into his life.
He shared with us his family, his house, his friends and his food.
But above all he shared his heart, his big generous, caring, compassionate and sensitive heart with room for so many.
He loved everyone and everyone loved him.
With his philosophy of kindness, goodness and always seeking for the positive side he taught us how to be a better person.
My dear brother Man, although we knew each other much to short you gave us love for a lifetime.
You will always have a special place in our hearts.
Thank you for loving
Thank you for sharing
May you rest in Peace
Ron, Hitty and Aïsha Krancher
My Dear P’Man, still thinking that this news is just another fraud, not real. But I can’t escape from the reality that you had left this place forever.
I will always have a special place in my heart for you, P’Man.
Rest In Peace.
P’Man
Physically he’s gone, memories of him still lingers and he is always in our mind.
Can anyone tell me where and how can I pay respect to his coming 3rd death anniversary?
To Padma,
P’Man is cremated and the urn with some of his ashes is placed in a Wat in Songkhla.
I don’t know the name of the Wat. I do know that it’s near the My Raya Hiliday Hotel in Songkhla.
The Wat is about 2 km west-southwest from the hotel.
Behind the Wat is a park with a lot of trees.
What you can do is ask in a Wat where P’Man Sooksawee is resting. They can help you out,, because he was well known in Songkhla.
Ron
P.s. You can find the Wat on Google Earth.
Did Man ever spend time in Kentucky? I was trying to see if he was on Facebook, when I read your heartbreaking blog. I was just wondering if this is the same person who was my friend for a short while in Louisville, KY. I hope it isn’t. If you would write me privately, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
